Draft Wind Law Changes
As explained in our newsletter, the below attachment is the draft wind law that our town recieved from the St. Lawrence County Planning Board. You can easily see how much work was actually completed on behalf of the wind committee/town board itself. Very little was changed to protect the residents of Hammond and a similar version is being promoted by the current administration.
